- 44th Annual PV Basketball Tournament - an amazing success!!! - Thank you to all the parents, boosters, players, staff and fans who came out to support our high school athletic programs this weekend. We are working on getting the final results posted on our website (pottervalleyschools.us/44th-annual-potter-valley-tournament) ... this year's attendance was just wow... our teams had amazing athletic performances...Again, thank you to everyone for supporting our kids and Potter Valley High School !!!


- SATURDAY SCHOOL this weekend - In an ongoing effort to improve our school attendance, we will have our 2nd "Saturday School" this weekend, December 16th. We have 'invited' specific students and invitation letters have gone home to any student who can make up for a missed absence.  This days is so very important...not only to help us maintain revenue for our little school...but to work to enhance our kids learning...

The California State Park Adventure Pass program has expanded to 54 parks! Help us spread the word! Fourth graders can now get into 54 state parks (Adventure Pass Map)  for FREE with the California State Park Adventure Pass. Parents of fourth grade students can sign up for the pass on behalf of their student. For more information, click here www.parks.ca.gov/adventurepass .  Thank you!  


- Mendocino County Science and Engineering Fair - Make sure to let students know about the Science & Engineer Faire and STEAM Expo
Logo Design Contest.  Submissions are due January 12th.  Please post and distribute the FLIER to students. (Note: look who won last year?? - click on the flier to find out.......Potter Valley Rocks!!)

- PV Basketball Tournament - This week starting on Weds, we will start our 44th Annual Basketball. See the school calendar here...or the brackets below for games times and information. 










- MINIMUM DAY on Tuesday this week....In order to assist students, parents, and our families with scheduling around community events happening on Tuesday, December 5th, the school district has made the decision to hold a minimum school day that day.

On Tuesday, December 5th, we will have a standard minimum day with classes ending at 12:35 pm. Bus transportation and Kudos after school programs will operate as they normally do during a standard minimum school day.
